We’re making a change to our loan redraw facility effective 20th August 2024.
So, what's changing?
Reduction of maximum self-service redraw amount
If you have loan redraw set up, we’ve reduced your self-service maximum redraw amount to $100,000.00. If you have a lower redraw limit in place, your limit will remain at this amount.
The way you redraw through BCU iBank or the BCU Bank app will not change.
You can still access redraw for higher amounts on request by contacting us or visiting your nearest branch.
How to process a redraw
For eligible loans, you can complete a redraw by selecting the 'Transfer/Pay' option in BCU iBank or the Mobile App.
