Forthcoming Board changes by Gary Humphreys, Chair

I would like to inform our members that there will be some changes to the composition of the Police & Nurses Limited (PNL) Board at the conclusion of this year’s Annual General Meeting.

Julie Elliott will be retiring from the Board at the end of her current term, effective from the conclusion of the AGM on 29 October 2024.

Having dedicated eight years to serving our members as a non-executive Director and Chairing the Board Governance & Remuneration Committee for the last six years, Julie has been an engaged and tireless contributor and will be leaving us with the thanks and best wishes of her fellow Directors and Executive.

Former Director, Kellie Properjohn, will become our next Board appointed non-executive Director at the conclusion of the PNL 2024 AGM.

Having served on the PNL Board from November 2017 to December 2021, Kellie is well known to some of our west coast members and has most recently held the position of Partner, Forensic, Financial Advisory at Deloitte Perth.

Formerly Assistant Commissioner of WA Police, Kellie’s background includes leading WA Policing Operations and was seconded to the WA Department of Education as non-executive Director of state-wide services.

Kellie is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a graduate of Leadership WA and is an Executive Coach.
